Head - Compliance & Surveillance| Mumbai

• The position is to oversee the implementation of the vision, strategy and leadership for compliance within the organization.
• To identify and manage the compliance risk across the organization, in consultation with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Experience: 20 to 30 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialisation)
Post Graduation (Any Specialisation)

• Have complete control over the compliance functions of the bank.
• Establish and maintain best in class compliance culture across the bank.
• Develop and maintain the entire spectrum of regulatory compliance. Develop and execute a bank-wide compliance assurance program.
• Implement and maintain frameworks to identify, assess, manage, monitor mitigate and report compliance risks across the organization.
• Partner with the business teams to make decisions based on the knowledge and interpretation of regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with regulators, deliver effective compliance training.
