Manage Product function of Business from System, Process, Tech, coordination and schemes for smooth functioning.

Qualification: Graduation + MBA or similar degree

Experience: 2 to 5 years

• Scheme preparation and communication
• Monthly Payout calculation and processing
• Co-ordination with policy/risk on process
• Business P&L, documentation and its refinement
• Digital journey
• Collection coordination
• Day to day process issues tackling
• MIS (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
• Productivity tracking
• Compliance and Legal matters
• Managing customer service issues.
• Coordination with stakeholders
• Database analysis
• Design New Product/Scheme, Policy Refinement as per peer Financier, monitor internal Process for sourcing business (like PDD, nach, collection, deferral)
• Training Internal & external stakeholders, LOS & LMS system development, Channel on boarding, Monthly compliance & closure of Audit observation
