Sr Credit Manager - AL| Thane

1. The incumbent will be responsible for Credit Appraisal of Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority.
2. He will be responsible for loan Portfolio for his Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans.
3. Due Diligence of customer profiling based on various and Underwriting as per Process & Policies.
4. Adequate Policy, Process training to the Credit Processing Associates.
5. Maintenance of Healthy Portfolio.
6. Customer visits wherever required, to ensure appropriate decisioning of the deal.
7. Strong co-ordination internally to get the work done.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
MBA
Chartered Accountant

1. Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
2. Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management.
3. Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
4. Implement system integration plans.
5. Monitor NPA and keep a track of it.
6. Customer visits for PD.
7. Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it.
8. Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps.
