Job Description
To drive NR business through various Channels- Branch Banking & Sales
Qualifications: Graduate, Preferable MBA
Experience: 12 to 25 years
- Collaborate with Branch Banking & Sales Channels to enhance customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Engage with Zone Managers (ZM) and Cluster Heads (CH) to nurture existing client relationships and foster value creation.
- Spearhead various initiatives within the channel, such as organizing Onam activities and orchestrating high-value client meetings.
- Conduct thorough competition benchmarking within the catchment area to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive product knowledge and awareness initiatives, as well as lead campaigns within the channel to enhance market presence and engagement
