Lead SAP EWM Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM processes, including inbound and outbound processing, putaway and replenishment strategies, inventory management, and warehouse management.

- Strong understanding of SAP EWM configuration, including master data setup, transaction types, work processes, and system parameters.

- Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, and LE.

- Lead and manage SAP EWM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go live activities.

- Define and document functional requirements, design specifications, and test cases.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of project deliverables.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP EWM system.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

- Implement enhancements and upgrades to the SAP EWM system.

- Conduct system audits and performance tuning.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.

- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP EWM configuration, including master data, transaction types, work processes, and system parameters.

- Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, and LE.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in SAP EWM is preferred
