Production Head (18-25 yrs)

Job Description:

- Manage OTIF(On Time In Full) FG supplies for the organisation & ensure OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the manufacturing units.

- Projects and Automation for new & Existing Manufacturing units. Implement Continuous improvement systems in all the plants. Move towards Solarisation of all the manufacturing units

- Work on capacity planning considering sales Forecast & Be part of the quality improvement systems

- Production Planning in line with sales plan.

- Achieve OEE in line with industry standard

- Build cost competitive production system utilising application of Tools like 5S, TPM, lean manufacturing, IOT to build culture of cost competitiveness and continuous improvement.

- Production with industry standard productivity, Quality, cost, etc.

- Preparation of capex and operations budget

- Maintain highest safety and hygiene standards to prepare plants to be future ready. Listen and Drive all Health and Safety requirements and initiatives that the Health & Safety team require for best practice and zero harm vision.

- Be part of the vendor development along with R&D and Purchase dept & Be part of the quality improvement systems

- Manpower management including permanent and contract labour & Develop leaders within organisation for future

- Ensure all Certifications(Like BIS/ ISO/ Organic etc) required from Customer side and compliances

- Legal compliance and safety in the plant with cordial industrial relations. Keep & maintain congenial relations with local govt authorities and local bodies to maintain peaceful working

- Develop leaders for future through good HR practices

- Inventory Control

What Experience we will need :

- 18+ years Production Management Experience

- Experience and Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project management, Kaizen- Black Belt

- Sound knowledge of MRP (Material Requisition Plan)

- Strong Leadership & People Management.

- Skills for root cause analysis and CAPA

- Computer Literate (MS Office).

- Experience in setting green field or brown field projects (Upto 30 Cr Capex) with strong project management.

- Should be well versed in handling and managing exceptions.
