Position Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in leading the company's financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic finance, fund-raising, and IPO readiness, preferably within the infrastructure, EPC, or solar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Management:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth and expansion.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on financial performance and long-term growth strategies.

- Analyze financial risks and opportunities, ensuring robust risk management practices.

Fund-Raising & Capital Management:

- Lead efforts to raise equity and debt funding from institutional investors, venture capitalists, and other financial sources.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

- Structure and negotiate funding deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

IPO Preparation & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IPO readiness plan, including regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to SEBI and stock exchange requirements.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.

- Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Leadership & Team Building:

- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.

- Experience: Minimum of 14+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in the infrastructure, EPC, or solar industries.

- Proven track record of successful fund-raising and capital structuring.

- Hands-on experience in IPO readiness and execution.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in strategic planning and financial modeling.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with renewable energy sector trends and dynamics.
