We are looking one candidates for "Regional Sales Manager-OTC/Ayurvedic" position with one of our client .
Required Skill Set:
1. Incumbent will be responsible for handling P&L of OTC/Ayurvedic products in west region.
2. Should have sound exposure in handling channel sales and distribution network. Ensure effective distribution and availability of products across channels.
3. Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies for the market, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
4. Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding distribution channels, and increasing product penetration.
5. Regularly assess market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the Ayurvedic /OTC products to refine sales strategies.
6. Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to meet sales targets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other key partners in Maharashtra/West region.
8. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
9. Prepare detailed sales reports, providing insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
10. Analyze regional sales data to make informed decisions regarding sales tactics and territory management.
11. Provide regular feedback to senior management on regional sales performance and potential growth areas.
