Job Description

  1. Typist Supervision:
    • Oversee the work of typists responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining student records and application documents.
  2. Data Accuracy:
    • Ensure accurate and error-free data entry, maintaining the integrity of student profiles and documentation.
  3. Document Tracking:
    • Monitor the progress of document processing, ensuring timely completion and submission to respective departments.
  4. Resource Allocation:
    • Assign typist tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure efficient distribution of responsibilities among the typist team.
  5. Telecaller Team Management:
    • Lead a team of telecallers engaged in student communication, inquiries, and appointment scheduling of demos with educators and counsellors.
  6. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track telecaller performance metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and quality of interactions.
  7. Training and Guidance:
    • Provide training and guidance to typists and telecallers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  8. Reporting:
    • Generate reports on typist work progress, telecaller performance, and student communication metrics for management review.
  9. Workflow Enhancement:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve administrative workflows, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
  10. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as admission counselors and application editors, to facilitate seamless student support.
  11. Feedback and Support:
    • Provide regular feedback and support to typists and telecallers, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  3. Proficient in data entry and management, with attention to detail.
  4. Previous experience in administrative roles, data entry, or team management is beneficial.
  5. Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments and provide guidance to telecallers.
  6. Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Leadership qualities to guide and motivate the typist and telecaller teams.
  8. Proficiency in using software tools for data entry, reporting, and communication.
