- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from students regarding their interests, preferences, and areas of concern.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the institute s database.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and student engagement metrics.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with admission counselors, educators, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in communication is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students.
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor to build rapport and establish a positive first impression.
- Active listening skills to understand student inquiries and provide accurate responses.
- Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to maintain a patient and enthusiastic tone.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, call tracking, and communication tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Enthusiasm for promoting education and helping students make informed decisions.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while also adapting to individual student interactions.
