CMM Operator

1. Hands on Experience of operating CMM for ACCURATE machine with DUAL COLUMN machine type with RDMIS program.
2. Experience in CMM, Visual & Dimensional Inspection-Quality function.
3. Hands-on experience in Sheet metal components, plastic components, Engine components,Engine, Gearbox, Axle, Chassis machined components,New fixtures, panels, gauges .
4. Experience of handling all type of Variable gauges.
5. Ability to prepare Quality standards; Inspection reports; CMM Reports, Quality Plan.
6. Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.
7. Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.
8.Good written & verbal communication skills.
