Fintech Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Coordination and Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact with all active fintech partners, ensuring daily coordination on partner-related tasks.
• Engage in continuous negotiations with partners to secure the best offers, margins, and terms.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners across various zones.

2. Offer and Event Management

• Activate and manage offers related to zone-wise events across India, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate offer setups tailored to event requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of offer setup, launch, and monitoring.

3. Transaction Monitoring and Issue Resolution

• Monitor transaction activities to quickly identify and address discrepancies or issues.
• Resolve transaction-related issues in coordination with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide prompt solutions to partner-raised issues or those identified through internal audits.

4. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on partner performance, transaction data, and offer engagement metrics.
• Track the performance of offers across different zones and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights based on performance data to support business decisions.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of activities, offers, and promotions.
• Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure partnerships and transactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in fintech, partner management, or a similar domain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring and issue resolution processes.
