Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities:
1) Cash Receipting from customers including HNI which involves High cash volumes and maintaining tracker thereof.
2) Cash Payments for the Principal Suppliers- Visas, VFS and other vendors. Cash Payment Tracker being maintained offline and online for Visa Fees. For Petty cash manual sheet is prepared each day. Excel format to be prepared
3) Counting cash and providing/taking acknowledgement for cash receipts/payments.
4) Identifying counterfeit and other cash receipts which are not acceptable at Bank
5) Ensuring Safe handling practices for cash and cash equivalents and ensuring cash is used only for authorized business operations.
6) Validating payout of claim reimbursements for the Delhi staff Conveyance, administrative etc. Ensuring Proper Supporting and justification for claims.
7) Payment of petty Cash expenses on day-to-day basis post due diligence and maintaining supporting documentation for the same.
8) Updating Visa Activity status in Online Portal.
9) Preparing DD (Demand drafts) in-hand stock and movement sheet Recording DD Opening balance, fresh addition, issuance and closing stock. Cash, DD, cheques in hand, to be kept in the safe every day.
10) Daily Physical counting of Cash and matching with Receipts and Payout. Cash Certificate to be prepared as per standards. Cash, Cheques in hand, DD in hand should match with the accounting books and providing reconciliation of any difference. Informing any inconsistency, mismatch or shortage in cash or cash equivalent to finance head on immediate basis.
11) Excess cash should be deposited in the bank and/or coordinating with collecting agency, on day-to-day basis.
12) Posting Accounting Entries for Cash and Bank related transactions in accounting software. Managing/ posting Credit card related transactions and accounting entries in accounting software after reconciling the same with statements, proper due diligence and verification of supporting documents.
13) Maintaining compliance with company policies and financial regulations
14) Any other related work not mentioned above but related to finance department including providing necessary management reports, supporting documentation and replying to Audit queries.

I didn't worked there for to give review first of all but I'm giving wht I saw I worked there for 6 months and that was the worst company I've ever seen poor management, no cell phone , poor time management I 've feeled like working in KGF if I have to be honest
