Associate - Merchant Onboarding

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Merchant onboarding with KYC verification and compliance checks
• Merchant account activations
• Merchant account changes as per request from the sales team and merchants
• Query resolution for our internal customer i.e., Business Team
• Adhering to operations guidelines during the activation and query resolution
• Maintaining TAT as per SLA for the process

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in KYC / Merchant Onboarding, from a B2B fintech background, preferably from online payments
• Process-oriented, proactive and result-driven individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the merchant s requirements before the account is activated
• Be a quick learner with an analytical mind, to understand back-end operations
