Job Summary:
Responsible for Blue collar recruitment as per strategy, Statutory/Legal Compliance, Implementation of R R schemes for BC, MIS preparation, Wage survey, Grievance Handling and Management, Budget control and Monitoring, Communication meetings, etc.

Position Responsibility : IR Welfare
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Life cycle Management of Blue collar workmen, Contract Labour life cycle as per factories Act
2. Benchmarking with neighboring industry for blue collar workmen practices and policies including wage survey
3. Blue collar Manpower planning and Recruitment as per hiring strategy
4. Inputs and data verification for Payroll Processing of all the employees
a. Ensure Master salary data updation in system
b. Ensure the timely Revision of salary and updated in the system
5. Organizing monthly communication meetings with White collar and Blue collar employees
6. Maintaining and updating the IWB data for Pune plant
7. HR Analytics-MIS related to BC and WC employees
8. Budget monitoring and control
9. Ensuring timely Legal compliance as per calendar by agency
10. Conducting periodic audits for ensuring the legal compliance
11. Shop floor intelligence and maintaining the coordinal Industrial relations on the shop floor
12. SPOC (Single point of contact) for resolving the grievances on time
13. Organizing shop floor communication meetings monthly (Joint Management Committee Meetings, Safety Meetings, Business Communications)
14. Shop floor discipline Management
15. Organizing counselling session time to time to enforce the positive work culture
16. Periodic skill mapping of blue collar workmen
17. Identification of technical skills training requirement and organize the technical trainings for Apprentices, NEEM Trainees, Company Trainees
18. Implementation of various employee engagement drives
19. Participation and Rapport building with surrounding industry.
20. Implementation Coordination of various R R scheme for blue collar workmen like appreciation on the shop floor for exemplary work done, Suggestion Scheme
21. Act as a welfare officer under the provision of the Factories Act
