Job Description
To perform Global Product Development (GPD) activities as per planned milestones within the stipulated timeline.
To address and resolve Current Product issues (CPM) as per planned milestones and time frame.
To propose suggestions for Cost Reduction Tasks (CRT) and work on them as per planned milestones and time frame.
To come up with improvements and innovative solutions for new and current machines.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):
Essential experience and skills:
Knowledge of applicable standards, calculation at vehicle level for component sizing, selection, and design of hydrostatic drives, valves, pump, plumbing routing & brackets.
Ability to interpret results from FEA, Knowledge of using hydraulic simulation tools is preferred
CREO 3D Modeling and 2D Drafting
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Principles, DFMEA & Visual Mock-up basic knowledge
Understanding of tools used for Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
Application knowledge of PLM Tools (eg Teamcenter & Enovia)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills
Key Internal and External Relationships:
Internal: Product Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Quality, Purchase, Service
External: External customer, Vendors, Contract Employees
