Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes or modified existing ones.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Identify non-compliant activities and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Process Improvement, Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Sop Preparation, Process Mapping.
  
• Strong understanding of lean six sigma principles and methodologies.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply.
