Job Title : Senior Business Development Officer/Business Development Officer

RL - F07/F08

Division - Food Services (Horeca)

Location - Bangalore

Reports to - ASM/ RSM

Supervising - Stockist, Key accounts

Age - 25-35 Yrs

Education - MBA/PGDM or Equivalent, Graduate

Experience - 2-8 years relevant experience of FMCG industry


Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales fundamentals
  • Strong IP and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of local market with significant Trade relationships with institutional accounts like Hotel/restaurants/catering/Airports/schools/colleagues/IT parks.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections.

Job SummaryTo interact with the stockists to ensure meeting of monthly sales target and effective management of Key Accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsibility Area & FunctionsInterpersonal relations and Communication

  • Maintains good relationships with peers, seniors and trade.
  • Communicates effectively and ensures common understanding of issues.

Planning and Organizing

  • Defines priorities, action plans and organizes well.
  • Implements the required operational systems.
  • Evaluates options, develops alternatives and takes timely decisions.

Understanding of Market Customer Perspective

  • Places greatest importance to the needs of internal & external customers in actions and decisions.
  • trives to fulfill the needs of his customers - internal & external - to total satisfaction.

Claims

  • Claim preparation as per SOP, validation of supporting documents & timely submissions to branch office

Stockist Administration

  • Preparation of stockiest SMR and updation of accurate SMR data into REACH
  • Stockiest inventory management.

Standard format reports (including POS wherever applicable)

  • Responsible to fill accurate data in sales format/tracker, in POS/REACH package

Other Activities

  • Market intelligence capture and reporting: complaints, competition activity etc.
  • New stockiest appointment as per company norms.

  • SSM Incentive Earning
  • Retail Business growth.
  • TLSD
  • Opportunity Brands / NPD and Secondary sales value
