Experience working on global, multi-year initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in configuring and managing Copado environments, including setting up pipelines and release processes.

Solid understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as experience with version control systems like Git.

Experience in developing and maintaining automated deployment scripts and processes to enhance release management efficiency.

Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.

Business owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.

Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Copado or similar release management tools.

• + years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions.

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills

• Fluent spoken and written English
