About the role

Established Legal Compliance professional. Prepares management reports, documents compliance activities, and serves as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management or seek clarification on issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Due Diligence

1) Reviews internal requests for new/renewal third-party intermediaries and ensure all requests are completed in compliance with CPSW-8E program requirements.

2) Coordinate and conduct candidate interview for high/medium risk third-party intermediaries and generate the interview report.

3 Batch screen of big data and review on third-party intermediaries, key personnel and ensure no adverse hit was found.

Securimate Management

1 Maintains the work flow within the Securimate system to ensure that requests on third-party due diligence are followed through on a timely basis.

2) Maintains the integrity of the Securimate database and documentation of all due diligence performed within Securimate.

3) Generates periodic reports and maintain management dashboard on third-party compliance status.

Communication and training

1) Keep the close communication with business teams and set the monthly/quarterly meeting to update the progress on CPSW-8E.

2) Develop and design different forms of training materials to provide the guideline for the third-party to meet the standard of the company.

Qualification

1) Bachelors degree or above, more than 5 years of legal or finance experience are preferred.

2) Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).

3) Microsoft Office and Outlook including ability to work with advanced applications for EXCEL, PPT.
