Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management

As a Senior Analyst, youll be responsible for.

Core Sourcing knowledge.

Knowledge and exposure to engineering drawings, cost reduction, sourcing, best practice RFQs, e-auctions, negotiation process thereby guiding team to drive best outcomes for Carrier.

Strong exposure in cost estimation, negotiations.

Should have worked directly in analyzing Total Cost of Ownership of products.

Should have actively engaged with Engineering function for developing new products and executing VA/VE projects.

Hands on experience in working on spend data to drive actionable insights for spend category.

Team strategy.

Strategic thinkingability to think through and independently define priorities for team.

Periodic engagement with stakeholders to define strategy, align on strategy, adapt strategy based on changing business needs and stakeholdersexpectations.

People management.

Excellent People Management skills coupled with an empathetic leadership style.

Strong desire to drive for results.

Strong sense of accountability for self and others.

Strong program management skills, including change management.

Requirements.

As a minimum you must have.

E from a premier institute is a must, MBA preferred.

4-6 years of supply chain management experience, exposure to CoE environment essential.

Strong sourcing knowledge.

Ability to work in a global environment with global stakeholders across multiple countries.

Strategic thinkingability to think through and independently define priorities.

Experience of working in a global environment (company).

Project management experience.

Team management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
