About the role:

We are seeking a highly talented, motivated individuals for New Product Development who can work with multiple stake holders across the globe with expertise in Residential & Light Commercial/Automotive Airconditioning segment with good Project management experience.

Job Description:

• Create and follow up a detailed work plan
• Responsible for execution and accountability of the project, including risk assessment & mitigation plans, in accordance with Carrier’s development process. 
• Work closely with key stakeholders and teams (both internal and external) across global sites to ensure that project deliverables are completed in a quality and timely manner.
• Ability to understand concepts in mechanical, electrical, electronic systems and communicate the progress of projects to core team and leadership.
• Good exposure with the Global team.

Role Responsibilities:

• This role will require the candidate to lead / support design to value / cost savings projects, requiring him/her to collaborate with cross functional teams and sites spread across Asia pacific regions

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering, with 4 to 7 year of experience in product development (Mechanical systems)
• Air conditioner product development is preferred.
• Project management skills / certification is preferrable
• Understanding of fundamental financial concepts like BOP / NPV / ROI / CAPEX / etc.
• Good communication skills.
