Role & responsibilities

• Review of business Sales Performance of different Businesses
• Follow up of MOM meeting related pointers Fortnightly
• Review all business reports as per schedule and take up issue raised by self and management for timely conclusion.
• Conduct review meeting as per schedule
• Analysing data with Management during business visits
• Support new system and monitor existing system and Process
• Provide strategic inputs in the form of data analysis for decision making.
• Providing data and analytical support to the Director through efficient use of MIS reports and tools.
• Preparing SOP with Business Head as in when required
• Marinating the Expenses and Budget variance of Carnival Hospitality
• Checking and taking necessary approvals related to Carnival Hospitality
• Daily, weekly, monthly - MIS & Analysis of different business verticals
• Preparation of Cash Flow of various Business verticals
• Preparing Group Budget and P&L
• Preparing all Group Company MIS
• Follow up with Business Units spoc for MIS data
• Preparation of MOM of each Finance meeting
• Maintaining the Expenses and Budget variance of all Group Companies
• Responsible for any tasks assigned by the management/CFO/GFC
• Monthly Review of Business financial data with Chairman and Business Heads

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Multitasker
• MS Office Proficiency
• MBA/ PGDM with Finance Specialization
