National Sales Head - F&B
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Modern Trade(MT) segment across North India.

Job Overview:
- As the Manager in the Modern Trade division, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and distribution activities in the region.
- Your primary focus will be on premium products, and you will work closely with distributors and target stores to achieve sales objectives.
Experience: 10+ years' experience and currently working as Regional Sales and have managed 2 to 3 region in past or present company with team management experience.
Industry Preference: Food & Beverage, FMCG (Premium Brands) experience
Salary Offered for the role: 40-44 Lakh inclusive variable.
Age Preference : Less than 45 years
Reporting: CEO
Team Management: 4
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the Modern Trade segment for PAN India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives and expectations.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners across the region, ensuring optimal coverage and penetration.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns in the region.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve their targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the premium product segment.
- Ensure that product availability, visibility, and merchandising are optimized in target stores.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, track KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant sales and management experience in the FMCG & Beverages industry, with a focus on.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Expertise in premium product sales and distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of distributors, channel management, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with target stores and an ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- A Degree in business or a related field is preferred.
