Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Product Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our product portfolio. Youll gain hands-on experience in product positioning, market research, content creation, and campaign management, all while learning from experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Assist with conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Support in analysing data and insights to inform product marketing decisions.
• Product Messaging: Help create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with the team to refine product value propositions and key differentiators.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of product-related content, including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns. Track performance and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Customer Insights: Conduct surveys, interviews, and gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and pain points. Help integrate these insights into marketing strategies.
• Product Launches: Help with the planning and execution of product launches, including preparing product documentation, creating internal communication materials, and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Sales Enablement: Assist in creating sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to empower the sales team with the right resources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure product marketing efforts are aligned and support business objectives.
• Administrative Support: Assist with organizing marketing assets, tracking project timelines, and managing documentation related to product marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to new concepts and tasks.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Analytical mind set with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
