Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bio Product Marketing executive join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our portfolio of bio products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth, enhance market presence, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for bio products, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market tactics.
• Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordination of marketing materials, sales training, and promotional activities.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and generate leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, website, and print materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product features, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Gather feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Master degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in marketing or biotechnology is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on biotechnology or life sciences products. Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of biotechnology and bio products. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Attributes: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
