Admission Counsellor

Designation: Admission Counselor
Experience: 1 to 4 years

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle calls on leads generated
• Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
• Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
• Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Admission counseling of walk in inquires & converts them into admissions.
• Conduct campus visit of inquires(Physical/Virtual)
• Keen to learn & upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better sales.
• Conduct zoom sessions and counsel parents over video meetings.

Skills Required:
• Attractive personality and excellent communication skills.
• Must be fluent in communication.
• Must have relevant working experience of atleast 1-3 yrs.
• Should have effective convincing skills to deal with parents.
• Sales experience is must. (Ed tech sales exp. Preferred).
• Responsible for achieving targets and open to work in extensive working environment.
