Role & responsibilities

• Counsel students & working professionals for our various Education Programs.
• Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and in addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by Career Point University, Kota.
• Follow up with the students and help them fill out the application form or visit the CPU.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students/ working professionals.
• Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large seminars.
