Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets for offline courses across universities.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admission counselors and team leaders to ensure consistent performance and growth.
3. Collaborate with universities and academic institutions to stay updated on course offerings and admission processes.
4. Monitor lead generation activities, pipeline management, and conversion rates, ensuring high efficiency and ROI.
5. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the counseling and admissions process.
6. Analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
7. Address escalated issues from students or parents and provide resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
8. Plan and oversee campus visits (Physical/Virtual) and other promotional activities to increase enrollments.
9. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and counseling techniques.
10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service..
Skills Required:
1.Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record in admissions or sales management.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
3. In-depth understanding of the education sector, specifically offline university courses (experience with CollegeDekho, Shiksha, or similar platforms preferred).
4. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools for monitoring team performance and admissions metrics.
5. Highly target-driven and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and goals.
6. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement them effectively.
7. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and lead the team through challenges.
