Motion Designer - Figma/After Effects (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in motion design and animation to continuously elevate the quality of UI experiences.

- Collaborate with the design team to drive enhancements and innovations, setting new benchmarks for visual aesthetics and pattern libraries.

- Develop and promote design guidelines, UI patterns, and standards to ensure consistent quality across all design projects.

- Collaborate with the design systems team, project managers, and engineering to craft innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.

- Evolve our core principles in visual styles, typography, spacing, motion, and other interaction models.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design

- Expertise in digital design tools (XD, Figma, After Effects, LottieFiles, etc) and well-versed in design methodologies

- Ability to rapidly grow (or come up with) new ideas and create fabulous storyboards, mock-ups, and functional prototype
