Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer (5-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud deployments. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customers' high-level applications and translating them into lower-level cloud constructs. You will then implement these constructs using the DuploCloud platform.

Key responsibilities will include :

- Post-deployment support.

- Implementing cloud operations such as central logging, monitoring, and alerting.

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST.

- Direct collaboration with customers for implementation support and resolving infrastructure challenges.

- Assisting customers in security infrastructure and InfoSec audits.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of cloud infrastructure or DevOps experience.

- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Proficient in Kubernetes, ECS, and similar container orchestration technologies.

- In-depth understanding of cloud security constructs, such as IAM, Security Groups, GuardDuty, penetration tests, WAF, Security Hub, intrusion detection, CVE, and vulnerability scanning.

- Customer-focused with a passion for solutions engineering.

- Experience with CI/CD systems, including GitLab workflows, GitHub Actions, BitBucket Pipeline, Jenkins (experience with these tools is a plus).

- A strong desire to provide world-class DevOps support to customers.

- Ability to interface directly with customers, guiding them through their DevOps journey.
