Branch Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Study Abroad Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch growth, enhancing team performance, and managing all operational aspects related to study abroad services. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets, develop strategies for branch development, and foster relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead and manage the study abroad branch, creating strategies to improve employee performance, implementing necessary improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Recruitment & Team Development: Participate in recruiting new staff members, onboard, and provide training to branch staff on the study abroad vertical, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
• Sales Performance: Ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales targets, maintaining high conversion ratios and contributing to the branchs overall success.
• B2B Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, expanding the branch network, increasing study abroad opportunities, and generating leads through these partnerships.
• Client Retention & Compliance Management: Handle compliance inquiries effectively, ensure all client concerns are addressed, and work towards retaining clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Financial Management: Manage the branchs budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Handle any issues that arise within the branch in an effective, timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to branch operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in the study abroad or education sector.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on achieving sales and performance targets.
• Experience in relationship-building and networking, especially within the education or study abroad industry.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures related to study abroad services.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, institutions, and staff at all levels.
