Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, providing information about products and services and addressing any queries they have.
  • Generate leads by reaching out to potential customers, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups on existing leads.
  • Develop relationships with customers to maintain and increase sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals based on customer requirements, providing clear and concise details on products, pricing, and timelines.
  • Assist customers in choosing the right products or services by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and the execution of sales strategies.
  • Track and manage sales orders , ensuring the correct documentation and timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain a database of leads and customers , updating contact details, sales status, and potential opportunities.
  • Follow up on existing orders , ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues related to product delivery or service.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets , reporting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide post-sales support , addressing customer feedback and resolving any product or service-related issues.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate new product offerings and advantages to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience (preferably in a similar role or industry).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and basic office tools (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills , with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Skills:

  • Sales skills to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Organization and time management to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Negotiation skills to close deals effectively and at a profit.
  • Problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints or objections efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and customer communications.
