Female - Calibration Executive- Back Office For Female

Responsibilities:

• Support calibration activities by maintaining accurate records of calibration data for all relevant instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and organize calibration schedules to ensure that all equipment is calibrated within required timelines and compliance standards.
• Process calibration requests , including coordination with internal teams and third-party service providers.
• Maintain a database of calibrated instruments and equipment, ensuring up-to-date tracking of calibration statuses and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with calibration standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements for the organization’s equipment.
• Prepare calibration reports and certificates for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in identifying non-compliant or out-of-tolerance instruments and propose corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor calibration costs and suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to calibration records and processes.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure calibration processes align with the company’s overall quality management system.
• Provide support to the field teams when calibration-related issues arise, ensuring smooth operations.
• Review calibration data for accuracy and compliance, resolving any discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with calibration standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 17025).
• Previous experience (preferred) in calibration or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of measurement and testing equipment .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with database management or calibration management systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS).
