Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management :

   • Monitor and manage the stock levels of spare parts and accessories.
   • Ensure the availability of high-demand parts while minimizing excess inventory.
   • Regularly conduct stock audits and ensure the proper organization of the warehouse.

2. Procurement and Sourcing :

   • Identify and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for spare parts procurement.
   • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
   • Ensure that parts are sourced in a timely manner, in line with business needs.

3. Order Management :

   • Process customer orders for spare parts.
   • Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
   • Track backorders and provide updates to customers as necessary.

4. Supply Chain Coordination :

   • Ensure timely delivery and distribution of spare parts to customers or service departments.
   • Collaborate with logistics teams to track and manage shipments and deliveries.

5. Quality Control :

   • Ensure that spare parts meet the required quality standards.
   • Handle returns or discrepancies related to faulty or damaged parts.

6. Customer Service :

   • Address customer queries related to the availability, pricing, and delivery of spare parts.
   • Provide technical support for customers requiring specific parts or assistance.

7. Data Management :

   • Maintain accurate records of spare parts transactions, inventory, and procurement.
   • Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock levels and order status.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Typically a degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or engineering.
• Experience : Prior experience in inventory management, procurement, or customer service related to spare parts is highly beneficial.
• Skills :
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the parts being managed
