Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximise the strategic use of human resources.
Strategy Design and Implementation of HR Policy.
Conduct Performance Appraisal and provide Developmental Feedback.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensure Automation of HR system with Database and Payroll Management.
Coordinate with Departmental Heads for the Recruitment, Restructuring, and Reallocation and Separation.
Drive all HR processes with focus on Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, industrial Relations and Compensation and Benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to effectively and quickly build relationships.
Strong leadership management skills, i. e comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments.
You should have been in leadership roles and have handled senior stakeholders.
Industrial Relations experience with exposure to handling unions
