Job Title: Internal and External Audit Manager


Location: Gurugram

Department: Audit & Compliance

Reports To: Head- GRC/CISO


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal and External Audit Executive with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic audit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling IT General Controls (ITGC) and ensuring compliance with ISO standards (27001, 27701, 9001, 22301) and IRDAI regulations. This role involves leading audits, managing compliance observations, and ensuring timely closure of audit findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Management:

- Lead internal and external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with ITGC and ISO standards.

- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments and audit methodologies.

- Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Compliance Oversight:

- Monitor and assess compliance with ISO 27001, 27701, 9001, 22301, and IRDAI regulations.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of compliance measures.

Observation Closure:

- Track and manage the closure of audit observations and compliance issues.

- Facilitate discussions with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of findings.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices.

- Stay updated on audit standards, regulations, and best practices in the industry.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.

- Provide training and support to staff on compliance requirements and audit processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent preferred.

- 5-10 years of audit experience, with a focus on ITGC and compliance with ISO standards.

- Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and industry practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

- Proficient in audit software and tools.

- Strong project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity.
