Role Description

• The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving revenue and retention targets.
• Managing GMC, GPA and Wellness through Channel partners & Agents.
• The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Analytical Skills & Business Planning
• Account Management, SME Agents & Key Accounts
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
