Work with the field team and assist in managing customer relationships
Assist the sales team with meeting schedules and follow-ups
Manage sales orders and ensure prompt and timely service by the servicing team
Manage the company s assets and ensure trackability
Assist in invoicing and collections
Answer customer support queries if any
Prepare monthly performance reports for the senior management team
Act as the fulcrum for the company, working between cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth operations
Skills Qualifications
Around 5-8 years experience required. Previous experience in sales support or operations support in a medical devices or Pharma company will be an advantage. Operations planning, reporting, follow-ups, invoicing and collections, diplomacy are must-have skills for this position. Any graduate can apply.
