About the Role:
- An Product Manager at CARD91 is expected to know the what, the how and the why of building and shipping products keeping in mind the three tenets of product development at CARD91 -.
- Highly configurable and modular approach to product development Design self-evolving systems to meet the growing demands of banks and their customers.
- Build to comply Regulatory compliance should be the cornerstone of every product decision.
- Build for the future Build a truly modern issuance stack designed to provide novel digital experiences to the bank's customers.
- APM at CARD91 should demonstrate high-agency and a strong bias-for-action while holding strong opinions and convictions about the design and development of payment products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify the pain points faced by regulated entities in the issuance process, formulate clear problem statements, and develop solutions that directly address these challenges.
- Strong communication skills to articulate customer problems and envisaged solutions, as well as to brainstorm with internal or external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Create clear, concise, and unambiguous Product Requirements Documents, and collaborate with engineering teams for grooming, development, and the successful delivery of products or features.
- Keep track of emerging trends in the payments ecosystem from an issuance perspective and explore new opportunities in the space.
- Develop strong empathy for end-customers of the banks as well as the representatives of the banks who will be using our issuance platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and successfully engage prospective banking clients.
