Role & responsibilities

• Maintain proper books of accounts for multiple companies, including purchase, sales, and journal entries.
• Handle bank payments and reconcile bank statements for the companies.
• Prepare monthly salary data for the respective companies.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B on a monthly basis with the books of accounts.
• Prepare TDS data on a monthly basis for the companies.
• Manage PF, ESIC, and GST challan payments for the companies.
• Process monthly bill payments, including credit card bills and telephone invoices (JIO, Airtel, BSNL).
• Record cash voucher entries for the companies.
• Communicate with bank officials for payments, forex card reloads, BRC submissions, and document submissions.
• Prepare domestic purchase orders (PO) and tax invoices as requested by the business development team.
