Accounts Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Process receipts, including cash, cheques, and electronic transfers.
• Maintain accurate MIS and records of all transactions.
• Perform daily tasks such as journal entries, voucher-making, and GST filing.
• Keeping proper records of advance payment documents such as PO & proforma and following up on invoices for vendor clearing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in accountancy or related field (accounts payable/receivable).
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S or B.Com).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
