Business Development Manager-Tendering (at AM/DM level)

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Bid Documents of NHAI, MORTH, NHIDCL, CPWD and other Clients.

2. Should be having experience in Tenders of Building Works, Road Work of PWDs, National Highway, State Highway, DBFOT Project, EPC Project, Hybrid Annuity Model, BOT Projects etc.

3. E- Tendering of various departments, tender from Govt. Sites viz. NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, EPI, IOCL, BHEL, BCD Bihar, Jharkhand, MES, NBCC etc.

4. Preparation of General Pre-Bid Queries and making comparative statements.

5. Proficiency in the online bidding process for government tenders, including data collation for tender submissions.

6. Compilation and analysis of technical, financial, and legal documents required for bid submission.

7. Extraction, verification, and organization of tender-related data from multiple sources (websites, tender portals, client communications, etc.).

8. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all tender data, including pricing, specifications, compliance with tender requirements, and submission deadlines.

9. Regular updating and maintenance of bid data and documents, ensuring that all records are easily accessible for reference and future use.

10. Coordination with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, technical) to collect and verify necessary documentation and data for bid preparation.

11. Preparation and review of tender summaries, project schedules, and financial statements as part of the data collation process.

12. Ensuring that all tender submissions comply with the latest government guidelines, norms, and formats.

13. Streamlining data collection processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency in future bids.

14. Monitoring tender portals for updates and amendments, ensuring timely adjustments to the bid documents and collation of new data.
