Human Resource Intern

1. Assist with recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
2. Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
3. Analyze HR data using MS-Excel and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to streamline operations.
5. Conduct research on HR trends and recruitment best practices to enhance existing processes and improve efficiency.
