Analyze solar energy policies, regulations, and market dynamics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the development of solar energy projects, including conducting feasibility studies and site assessments.
Manage end-to-end project execution, overseeing all phases from initial planning and design through commissioning and operation.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
Perform market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the solar energy sector.
Develop detailed research reports, technical documentation, and project proposals.
Create presentations, white papers, and client-facing materials to support business development activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline. MBA preferred.
Demonstrated experience in solar energy technologies, including exposure to one or more of the following areas: project development, policy and regulation, vendor management, market analysis, or business development.
Familiarity with solar-specific software/tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) is a plus.
Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, enabling effective evaluation of technical, regulatory, and market data.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication1 skills, with the ability to create high-quality reports, proposals, and presentations.
