Caprus IT - SAP EMS Consultant (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in all phases of SAP EMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Configure and customize SAP EMS modules (e.g. , Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Management) to meet client-specific needs.

- Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user training, and ongoing maintenance.

- Strong understanding of SAP EMS functionalities and best practices.

- Experience with SAP EMS modules such as Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Management, and Maintenance.

- Proficiency in ABAP development or other relevant programming languages for SAP customizations.

- Experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g. , IDoc, BAPI, Web Services).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to clients.

- Conduct client workshops and presentations.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP EMS functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.

- Participate in training and certifications to enhance your SAP knowledge.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EMS implementation and support.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of SAP EMS functionalities and best practices.

- Experience with SAP EMS modules (e.g. , Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Management).

- Proficiency in ABAP development or other relevant programming languages for SAP customizations.

- Experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g. , IDoc, BAPI, Web Services).
