We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Admin with a strong background in recruitment to join our team in Delhi (Gurgaon Office). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR and administrative functions, with a significant focus on the recruitment process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely placement of candidates. Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future reference. Report to the Team Lead for daily updates.
2. HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Assist in the performance appraisal process. Report to the HR Manager for daily updates.
3. General Administration: Manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for employees as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
