Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and manage construction projects, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in industrial projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
