Plant & Machinery Incharge / Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plant & Machinery Incharge/Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of construction equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and servicing of construction machinery and equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is in top working condition.
• Coordinate with project teams to allocate machinery efficiently based on project requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain records of machinery usage, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding equipment handling.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement, repairs, and spare parts.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in managing construction equipment in industrial projects or similar environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of various construction machinery and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards for machinery operations.
