Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Planning:
  
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Project Execution:

• Lead and manage projects, including assigning individual responsibilities and coordinating activities.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.
• Monitor project spending and prepare financial reports as required.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective resources and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Project Management or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
